Our staff will be in the office, however, the office will be closed to the public. It is possible to carry out most business activities on-line and we will closely monitor our on-line network.
WE ASK TENANTS TO DO THE FOLLOWING
Pay rent on-line – if you do not have a account, please call the office and we will send you a link so you are able to set one up. If you do not have computer access, ask about other arrangements. If there is no other option to you, you may drop your payment through the drop box. NO CASH
Send maintenance requests on- line – once you set one an account, you may send maintenance requests on-line through our website or you may send it through regular mail. You may also call the office.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RENTAL
Rental lists are in the box outside our office or you may check the list on the website.
If there is a property you wish to look at, please call the office to make arrangements to get a key.
